Questions FAQ

Account & Registration

The elitking registration process is simple and quick. Click the button Register at the top of the website or app, then fill in basic details such as your username, password, phone number, and email address. Ensure all information you enter is accurate as it will be used for the KYC verification process later. After completing the form, you will receive an OTP code to verify your phone number. This process takes less than three minutes.

The minimum age to register and use the elitking platform is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. ElitKing is committed to responsible gambling and does not permit underage individuals to access our platform. During the KYC process, your age will be verified through valid identification documents.

No. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at elitking. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual violates our terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. If you have forgotten your password or are experiencing login issues, please contact our support team for assistance in recovering your original account.

KYC, or Know Your Customer is the standard identity verification process in the financial and online betting industry. At elitking, you are required to submit a copy of your valid MyKad or passport to complete this process. KYC ensures your account is protected from misuse, prevents fraud, and allows you to make withdrawals without any obstacles. The review process is usually completed within 24 business hours.

Deposit

ElitKing supports a variety of deposit methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX (online banking), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay, and direct bank transfer. All these methods are fully integrated with our system, meaning your deposit will be credited to your account within minutes after a successful transaction.

The minimum deposit amount at ElitKing is RM 30 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set for accounts that have completed KYC verification. This allows players of all levels to enjoy our platform without significant financial pressure.

For FPX and DuitNow methods, deposits are typically credited instantly or within 5 minutes. Manual bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction for immediate review.

Withdrawal

Most withdrawal requests at ElitKing are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for KYC-verified accounts. During peak hours or on public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We are always working to ensure your withdrawals arrive quickly because we know your time is valuable.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: KYC verification is not yet complete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or bank account details do not match with your elitking account name. Make sure your bank account name matches the name registered at elitking. If the issue persists, our support team is ready to help resolve it.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account membership level — the more active you are and the more complete your account verification, the higher your withdrawal limit. Specific limit details can be reviewed in your account profile section on the platform.

Account Security

ElitKing uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your device and our servers. Your personal data is stored in a protected system and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. In addition, all financial transactions are processed through payment channels that have obtained industry security certification.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact elitking customer support immediately via live chat. Our team will immediately freeze your account to prevent any further losses, then assist you in recovering access through a secure identity verification process. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.

Promotions & Bonuses

New ElitKing members are eligible to receive exclusive welcome bonus as soon as your first deposit is successfully made. This bonus is designed to give you more playing credits from the start. The wagering requirements (rollover) are clearly displayed on our promotions page so you know what needs to be met before a withdrawal can be made. Visit the Promotions for the latest information.

Wagering requirements vary by promotion type. Generally, every bonus has a clearly stated rollover requirement before you accept it — for example 5x or 10x the bonus amount. You can check your wagering requirement progress at any time through the "My Bonus" section in your ElitKing account.

Platform & App

The ElitKing app is available for Android and iOS. You can download it directly from the App our page. For Android, the APK file can be downloaded and installed directly — make sure to enable the "Unknown Sources" setting on your device first. For iOS, follow the installation instructions provided on that page.

ElitKing offers a wide range of game categories in one integrated platform, including live sports betting, live casino with real dealers, video slots, classic table games, and e-sports. All games are accessible via web browser or our mobile app with no additional software download required.

Yes, certain game options at elitking offer demo mode that allows you to try games without using real credits. This is especially useful for new players who want to familiarise themselves with game mechanics before placing real money bets. Demo mode is accessible as soon as you log in to your account.
