01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the elitking platform, accessible via the website elitking.app and the elitking mobile app. By using this platform in any way — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the elitking platform immediately. elitking reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming ElitKing, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ElitKing.

02 Account Eligibility

To use the elitking platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority under the laws of your country or region of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits or restricts online betting activities under local law.
• You are registering and using this platform in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You have never previously closed or been banned from an ElitKing account due to a breach of terms.

ElitKing reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the elitking platform at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. This includes your full name, identification card number, email address, phone number, and financial details. ElitKing shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and ElitKing account login details. Please choose a strong, unique password for your ElitKing account and never share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the ElitKing support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ElitKing implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including a copy of your identification card or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by elitking, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set on the Deposit ElitKing.
• ElitKing does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits that fail to process due to incorrect information provided by you will not be covered by ElitKing.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed by elitking within 5 to 30 minutes for active members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in your name.

• All withdrawals must be made to an account in the same name as the elitking account holder.
• ElitKing reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any active bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.

05 Bonus & Promotions

ElitKing offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions ElitKing. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Every bonus offered carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or related wins can be withdrawn.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, matched betting, or using automated software — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being investigated.
• Cancellation rights: ElitKing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

ElitKing is not liable for any losses incurred while fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Players are advised to fully understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed by users are considered final once confirmed by the elitking system. You are responsible for ensuring that bet details — including team, market, amount, and odds — are accurate before confirming a bet. elitking will not cancel confirmed bets on the grounds of user error.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on the elitking platform apply at the time the bet is confirmed. elitking reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific set of odds, those odds are binding and cannot be changed.

Match and sports event results used to determine betting outcomes are based on official results recognised by the relevant event organising body. In the event of a disputed result, elitking reserves the right to await official confirmation before paying out wins.

6.3 Void Bets

ElitKing reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed based on inaccurate information, technical errors in the odds system, or evidence of match manipulation. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to your account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the elitking platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Opening or using more than one elitking account.
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate the elitking betting system.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or using the elitking platform for financial fraud.
• Placing matched bets or systematically exploiting the bonus system for risk-free gains.
• Using insider information or manipulating sports events to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the ElitKing platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your ElitKing account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to your original payment method once all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

8.2 Closure by ElitKing

ElitKing reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request at the user's own request.
• Instructions from a competent authority.

8.3 Responsible Gaming

09 Liability Limit

ElitKing strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption or error at all times. However, ElitKing does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

ElitKing is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond ElitKing's control, including third-party technical failures, natural disasters, or internet outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your negligence in maintaining password confidentiality.
• Any taxes, duties, or other financial liabilities that may arise from your betting wins under local laws.

In any circumstance, ElitKing's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

10.1 Right to Amend

ElitKing reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the ElitKing website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10.2 Continued Use

Continued use of the elitking platform after any amended terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the elitking platform immediately.

10.3 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
